Small Group Training is a 60 minute training session with a group of 2 to 4 clients.  You can create your own group or join an existing group.  Each client will havea personal training plan and routine while training as a group.  The first session consists of 20 minute training assessment and 20 minute consultation.

Boot camp is a 60 minute large group training session focused on large muscle groups.  A personal trainer leads the group through a series of exercises.  The session is fast paced, high intensity, interval style training with high energy stimulating music. You will be empowered, invigorated, and dripping wet with sweat!

Healthy Hour classes are 60 minute fitness classes offered at a Healthy Hour Special Price.  Please follow us on social media for weekly updates on offerings

Private Training is a 60 minute one-on-one training session with a Personal Trainer.  Training is customized based on clients needs and goals. Personal Training sessions are sold in packages of 12, 24, or 48.  Your first session is complimentary and consist of a 20 minute consultation and 20 minute training assessment.
